Best D&D 5e Modules for Foundry VTT in 2026 (v14 and dnd5e 6.x)
Last updated October 12, 2026
Last checked: October 2026 · Foundry v14 · System: D&D 5e 6.0.x
There are hundreds of D&D 5e modules on FoundryMods. This page is the short list: the modules most 5e tables actually run, grouped by the job they do, with each one checked against Foundry v14 and the current dnd5e 6.x system. Pick the jobs you care about, install a few, and play a session before adding more. Each section links to a deeper guide where we have one.
⚠ dnd5e 6.x note (October 2026): dnd5e 6.0.x runs only on Foundry v14, and many 5e modules declare a narrow system range (for example "6.0.x only"). That's normal, but it means you should re-check your modules whenever dnd5e updates. The biggest gotcha: Midi-QOL and DAE need their 14.6.0+ builds for dnd5e 6, installed by manifest link for now. Details are in our D&D 5e combat automation guide.
