Mindful Encounters

Tracks dungeon exploration in budgeted turns instead of initiative. Each token gets a movement budget and moves until it's spent, then clicks Done; once everyone's Done, the world clock advances one dungeon turn. Go past your budget and the move is cancelled or stopped at the line.
