Enhanced Lancer Status Effects

Makes the Token HUD status-effect palette actually usable in LANCER: adds a live search box and a labelled list view so you can read effect names instead of hovering every icon to hunt for the one you want. The LANCER status/condition list is long — this makes finding Immobilized, Lock On, Impaired and friends a one-second job.The core enhancement is system-agnostic, but this module is built and tested against the LANCER system's HUD.
