Adds kingdom turn activities and custom infrastructure structures from V&K Remastered Kingdom Building Rules for Pathfinder 2E Kingmaker. Implements the Accelerate Project, Blessed Solution, Request Foreign Aid (V&K), and Observe Customs leadership activities, plus 8 infrastructure structures (Planning Office, Publicity Office, Town Square, Town Watch, and their upgraded variants).
