Tactical Map

Adds an optional Tactical Map Image for a Scene, toggled from the Tokens Control tools on the left toolbar. Now includes a global configuration option to use alternative token art when available. Tokens can automatically switch their appearance based on the selected Tactical Map type, supporting different views such as top-down and isometric.
