FQ Restrain Movement

Configurable token movement restrictions (speed limit per movement mode, no move out of turn, no undo, ...), each toggleable, with per-case override hooks. Works in any system: dedicated speed adapters for dnd5e and pf2e, automatic detection elsewhere, plus a configurable data path and a registration API.
