Batch Media Optimizer

Optimize Foundry world media to WebP (images), WebM/VP9 (video), and Ogg/Opus (audio), with optional downscale, and repoint document references. Works with local data, The Forge Assets Library, and AWS S3. Backfill existing worlds and auto-convert images on upload. Never touches the database on disk — all writes go through Foundry's own API, so it works on v13/v14 LevelDB and beyond.
