Every culture in the world has their legends of wondrous or horrible things, deadly creatures or miraculous plants. They say anyone who believes in them is just superstitious or should seek a doctor. The one common thread is that no one believes they exist now if they ever did.Well, almost no one.You are globe-trotting adventurers working for a knowledge-seeking society hunting down these myths and legends. You follow the clues, pierce the veils, and manage the “other interested parties” both benevolent and malign. You bring back the evidence… the blood, the tears, the leaves and flowers, the discarded teeth or scales, living samples, if possible, and the carefully preserved bits of the sample fought back. Pew! Pew! is a mini setting and accompanying adventure for the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition. Everything you need to play (aside from dice and friends) is contained within this document. It's a light-hearted oneshot game; this isn't a story about deep-seated emotional turmoil and tortured introspection. It's a story about explosions and loads of big fights and ray guns and, maybe, laser swords. Pew! Pew! Is designed to be an excellent game to run at conventions or as an emergency pick-up game, because all the prep is already done. This is a game designed to tell one particular story: one of bounty hunters tracking down a target in a sci-fi fantasy western setting. The players take on the role of the bounty hunter squad, a rough-and-tumble bunch on a dangerous mission. The characters are all pre-generated, so the GM should hand them out at the start of the session and the players can pick which ones they like.
